Girls L.E.A.P. builds confidence and empowers girls from fifth grade through high school to become visionary leaders, find hope, value sisterhood and build lasting relationships through mentoring. We support families in our community by offering valuable resources and enhancing communication and involvement.

Mentors and Volunteers
Our adult mentors and volunteers are vital to Girls L.E.A.P., serving as friends, role models and educators. Our mentors support 5th graders at Northgate Intermediate School and are encouraged to attend Sister Circle sessions and various events throughout the year. Our volunteers help with events like Girls Get Financially Fit, Mother-Daughter Conversation & Self-Care Day, Mentor Appreciation Day, LEAP to the Stars Gala, and Girls L.E.A.P. Summer STEAM Camp. We provide opportunities to suit all levels of time commitment for those who want to support the Girls L.E.A.P. mission.
